Jesus is at the center of everything we are and everything we do. At Spotlight Church, we’re a multigenerational family united by the gospel, committed to teaching God’s Word, worshiping together, and living out our faith in everyday life.

A Family Made Up of People Just Like You

Spotlight Church is a family made up of people from every age, background, career, and walk of life. What unites us is simple: our shared faith in Jesus. All are welcome — no matter where you’ve been or where you are today.

We believe the Bible to be God’s completely true Word, offering real answers for the challenges of everyday living. We believe God desires a close, personal relationship with each of us. He wants to shine a light of hope and encouragement on your journey.

What We Believe

Wesleyans believe in one God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — and in Jesus Christ as the Saviour of all who put their faith in Him alone for eternal life. We believe that those who are made new in Christ are called to be holy in character and conduct, and can only live this way by being filled with the Lord’s Spirit.

We believe in the Bible and its sufficiency to establish our faith and guide our conduct. We believe God wills for people everywhere to know Him and be made new in Christ. We believe that the purpose of the Church is to worship God in spirit and in truth, and to reach a lost and fallen world with the gospel of Jesus Christ through its worship, witness, and loving deeds.

The Bible is God’s holy Word. It uniquely and infallibly reveals God’s plan for His people and how to live out that plan, individually and together. Our beliefs, practices, priorities, and mission are anchored in clear biblical teaching.

Healthy local churches are the most strategic places for evangelism and discipleship. We work to strengthen, grow, and multiply congregations.

Christlikeness

Jesus Christ is the center of God’s will for humanity. In Him we find new life and our clearest example of godliness. He is the source of our faith, hope, and love.

Servant Leadership

True spiritual leadership is earned through humble obedience to God and joyful service to others. We strive to be leaders in serving.

Disciple Making

Jesus commands us to make disciples. We focus on evangelism, spiritual growth, and holy living — creating healthy believers and healthy churches.
